Russell G. Burwell III graduated from Dickinson High School in 1982, the University of Texas with a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1986, and the University of Houston Law Center in 1992. He is an avid fisherman, hunter and musician.
James D. Nebout graduated from Texas City High School in 1986, Houston Baptist University with honors with a B.A. in Accounting and Political Science in 1990 and South Texas College of Law with honors in 1993.
Theresa A. Lynn graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake with Honors with a B.S. in Accounting in 1988.She graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1993 where she was a member of the Board of Trial Advocates and championship National Moot Court Teams.
