An off duty Plano, Texas police officer crashed his vehicle into a police cruiser. Officer Ray Wildes had a blood alcohol level of .11 when he crashed his truck into Officer Kenneth Foale’s cruiser. Wildes ran a red light while speeding when the automobile collision with Officer Foale’s car happened. The blood alcohol content was verified by a blood test conducted two hours after the automobile wreck. The incident facts were determined by a dash camera.Officer Foale suffered multiple fractures to his clavicle and a closed head injury. He may need a shoulder surgery.
