Theresa A. Lynn graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake with Honors with a B.S. in Accounting in 1988.She graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1993 where she was a member of the Board of Trial Advocates and championship National Moot Court Teams. Theresa lives in Houston with her husband, Sam and has three children, Samuel, Steven and Sarah and nine grandchildren.
