Midland, Texas Construction Accident Kills One and Injures Another

A construction accident at the Teen Challenge of the Permian Basin in Midland, Texas resulted in one death and another serious injury. Cross Crete Concrete Company of Justin, Texas was hired to apply a seal coat on the floor of a new facility being built. The contractors were working in a room with improper ventilation. It is expected that the Occupational Health and Safety Administration - OSHA - will investigate the death and injury.William D. Weeks, 46, was pronounced dead at the scene. Jeffrey T.
